What is Platick?
Platick is allergen menu software for restaurants, cafés, pubs, takeaways and hotels. It turns your menu into a phone-friendly allergen menu that guests open with one QR code.
It takes the hassle out of a high-stakes job: your team confirms each dish against the 14 allergens once, and Platick keeps it current, dated and easy to find.
Send us your menu. We'll set it up.

For your team
Checking dishes, built for a busy kitchen

1 of 5: Check each dish
AI reads your menu. It drafts every dish and suggests allergens. Your team checks each one.
One screen, one dish at a time. The whole menu down the side, the 14 allergens in front of you.
Fast for a long menu. Use the suggestions, set the rest to Off, or copy another dish. Keyboard shortcuts if you like them.
Guests only see what you confirm. Skipped dishes stay as drafts.

Questions
Is written allergen information a legal requirement?
Venues must be able to tell guests which of the 14 allergens are in the food they serve. The FSA recommends written allergen information, backed by a conversation. Platick helps you follow FSA guidance; it doesn't replace checking the rules that apply to your business.
Who is responsible for the allergen information?
Your venue. Your team checks and confirms every dish; Platick shows what you confirm.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes for a typical menu of about 40 dishes, checked in one sitting with the AI's suggestions. Bigger menus take longer. We'll set up your first menu for you. Free. Start your free trial and add your payment details, then send us your menu within the first 7 days. We'll load it in. You check and confirm the allergens. One first menu per business.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Nothing is taken for 14 days, we email you 3 days before your trial ends, and you can cancel any time from Billing.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera.
What if my menu changes?
Edit it from your phone. The QR code stays the same. If you change a confirmed dish's allergens, guests see "Being re-checked · ask staff" until you confirm it again.
What if the internet goes down?
Print the paper backup from QR & print. Platick reminds you when it's out of date.
Is AI deciding my allergens?
No. It suggests; your team checks all 14 for every dish and confirms.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them as managers or editors.
Do you handle several venues?
Yes. One dish library, one subscription, and each venue has its own QR code, kitchen note and menus.
What happens if I cancel?
Your allergen menu stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. After that it goes offline and your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it.
Send us your menu. We'll set up the first version.
